Organizational Certtificates
There are certain fields that are required for organizational certificates by SARS, which may not be obvious. The fields that must be captured on the general tab are name, address, telephone, org type and company reg.
Additional fields are available on the certificates tab. These are trading name for certificate, an email address to show on the certificate. and tax ref no. if available.
On the certificate the address section has been replaced with Donor Details which merges in all available data:
