Added to the system are a number of new reports. These are to analyse donor activity:


All of them work similarly. Select a date range and click search. The reports are:

• New Donors: Donors that have not donated before the date range selected.
• Regular Donors: Donors who donate at least once every second month on average.
• Monthly Donors: Donors who donate at least once a month.
• Irregular Donors: Donors who donate less than every second month on average.
• Once Off Donors: Donors who have donated only once.
• Lost Donors: Donors who last donated in the first month of the date range.
